PEACHY LYCHEE PREPARATION IN THE AEROPRESS
- 18 g coffee
- 47 clicks Barracuda / 31 clicks C40
- 230 ml – 93°C
- 2 paper filters (rinse)
- Pull the rubber down to 4
- Add the coffee, pour in approx. 50–60 ml of water, swirl until no more lumps are visible.
- Bloom for 40 seconds (allow to swell)
- Between 0:40 and 0:55, fill to 230 ml
- From 1:00, screw the filter onto the Aeropress and place the jug on top
- Press evenly until 1:20–1:25
